my current managers have caught wind that i am trying to get a job elsewhere and are putting me up to be promoted to a duty manager. is it worth it for an extra 5k a year and less work?

lol, i already do nearly nothing. i could do less get more qualifications get paid extra to about œ11k a year not much but alot for where i live atm. i would be full time not part time.

He could be on about After Deductions.
I'm just biding my time now till i finish my apprenticeship, my last year is œ18k then when I finish I get a œ10k payrise, and more if I go onto shifts. It'll make up for the meagre wage I'm on now.

Glyn what apprenticeship is that? My last year was a œ140 a week! I had to have a lot of paid sick leave to make up for that

Just qulified but on an improvers rate. Thats only 17.5k! I'm jealous.

ok, spoke to the people who do the wages (im only part time) and it works out im actually only on 4k so less than i made it. 7k increase. live in norfolk, it sucks rather be out somewhere decent.
