Im doing history but im in year 10 just finished doin history of medicine last term. Too much info for me. Too much writing. But i have some science exam on thursday which im not looking forward to

I've got operations management at 9.15, followed by Marketing Communications. That's the only annoying thing about doing a degree, as well as the assignments, presentations and lectures.

F*** me,

I can't believe that they are still teaching the American West in schools. I did it at GCSE in 1996 and it was irrelevant then. I have since found a passion for history, and studied the second world war, renaissance Italy and France, the Crimean War and the Spanish Civil War (possibly the most important point in modern European history - study it and see). The mechanics of Custer's last stand is pointless to the life of anyone not obsessed with Dances with Wolves.

Really - anyone studying this crap in GCSE history, please don't disregard history as a result. It's a very interesting and fulfilling subject, but is very badly taught.
