woke up...tightened headset, rode to leamington.Had a subway club 6"sub with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, peppers, onions and mayo on herb and cheese bread.

Raced around campion hill 4x track in leamington then rode to kenilworth.Stopped at a petrol station for a callipo, bottle of coke and a chocolate bar then rode home.

Going to be doing some revision for my stats exam on tuesday and then going for a street ride at 9ish

It is afternoon (although nearly evening now) and it isn't good.

Still can't get that dammed seatpost out of the road bike! [:(!]

They do all repairs. I've sent things there to be welded before. And I'm pretty sure I've sent them stuck seatpins, too.

Not cheap, though.

I've got up (with a hangover), eaten lunch, been to Tescos (and purchased copious amounts of alcohol, 60 bottles for œ20 FTUW) and played Xbox 360. Will probably be ordering some form of takeaway in a bit, then maybe playing Wii or more 360. My exams finished on Tuesday [:D].

But I'm working tomorrow, so boo hoo. Being on checkouts makes me feel suicidal.

Managed(just about) to drag my un-fit father round the Glentress black.

Only fell off once but managed to graze almost every part of my upper
body[:(]

Stu, I assume the saddle is off the seatpost, so get someone to weld a long metal pole to the top of the seatpost, crossways. one person twists the welded bar while a second twists the frame.
