Sell my faith frame and forks, and with the money from them buy a 6-7" travel freeride bike and single crown forks? (This is to get a bike of around 35lbs weight, that if needed to could be pedalled uphill without a huge effort, like my Faith. Your views and opinions will be much appreciated, as I can't quite decide.

Looks nice, but it doesn't have ISCG mounts, and the rear shock isn't any good.
I've also seen this, anyone got any views on it? For the odd dh track, but mostly just some trails, singetrack blasting, 10ft+ drops (not on a regular basis), and real AM riding, like snowdon type descents, and rocky as hell derbyshire stuff.
It'd have to be able to get air bourne nicely, yet soak up the hits. Am I asking for too much?

Thought id seen the same sort of thing. you could get a coiler frame mabye? or stinky frame?

That Spesh looks nice, especially with the DHX5.0 coil option, which is cheaper. Would that frame take trails, rock gardens, fast long descents, northshore, and lung burning derbyshire ascents nicely? I want it for everything pretty much.
