What wheels, merlin and stiff make really nice wheels but i think they are mainly 26"

Merlin Cycles do good custom wheels, as do CRC. I *think* they both do 24's.

merlin and stif are good as they are handbuilt, CRC not as they are machine built and not even checked before they get sent...
