Buffalo soldiers - Jaquine Phoenix (sp) plays a bored American soldier in late 80's early 90's Berlin. Lots of funny sh*t happens!

Blow - Johnny Depp, based on a true story about the US's biggest Coke smuggler.

Fear and Loathing in las Vegas - Johnny Depp again, plays a journalist who is constantly fu*cked out of his brains. Very funny film.

Severance - Danny Dire, Very gory horror comedy, its a good film!

Taxi (the original French version, NOT the crappy hollywood remake) Very funny, if you don't mind subtitles.
