new motherboard

hi. looking for some suggestions for a new motherboard. nothing fancy
needs:
not integrated graphics
processor socket: type A
my current motherboard is an asrock k7s8xe. so basically the same spec.

    No point in even upgrading that really - better off saving your money and putting it towards a more modern Core 2 Duo or Athlon 64 board. What is inherantly wrong with your old board?

    As he said, there's not much point getting a new one. You'd have some difficultly even getting a socket A board these days. What's wrong with your current board. 100 quid or so will get you a low end C2D mobo and CPU, which would be far better than the socket A.

    EDIT: These are all the socket A mobo's available.
