As far as i can tell my forks are air ( 150mm, 2007( i think, came as standard on a norco six 3 2007))
I took the shiney red topcap off and pressed down on the "button" and a pppsspp of air im guessing came out, it didnt cover me in oil anyway.
Google has confronted me with this page
http://marzocchi.com/spa/mtb/products/airpressure.asp?LN=UK&Y=2005&Sito=mtb
im 65.65kg right on the cusp of the 2 measurements can anyone help me? im not sure
A, If thats the right chart
B, if my forks air air or oil
C, what way to go up or down seen as im on the cusp.
All help apreciated, thanks.

I can't believe you own a norco but you know so little about your bike!!!!

Look up the fork yourself and yes the air came out.

It will tell you in the marzocchi manual that you should have got with the bike. If you have the manual look it up yourself its not hard! Failing that do the obvious thing and look at the online manual on the marzocchi website.

there isnt neg air with AM3.if the fork has correct oil levels(they dont always;mine came from windwave and it was wrong!)then you should empty r leg,set sag with left leg then add air to right leg to resist bottoming-i was told this by dan jones at windwave

As far as I'm aware, AM 3's are just air sprung forks, with oil lubrication in the air preload side, and a sealed TST2 cartridge in the other side.
No coil springs anywhere (apart from possibly a top out spring).

I'd use the lower band - I found the recommended pressures for my All Mountain 1SL where about 30Psi too much.
