Mines just broken the HDD in my H340 also deleting 40gb of my music, which most of the CDs the music was aquired from was lost or scratched beyond recognition.

That's 4 years of solid service and around 10 years of music collecting.

I have never been more angry.

My sister had 8 friends round at the moment. and they know how to make a feckin racket! i've put a lock on the beer fridge. so my (other) precious fluids wont be going missing.

It was my backup. My other backup got thrown away as it was too old and the CPU had long since burnt out. Which again was due to my sister. She had been running it without a fan. My current HD has been reformatted too many times to count.

I came back from uni and my 18 year old sister had taken over my room, so i moved out, now i live in my own house when i'm not at uni and it is great. I have a bike workshop/server room in the living room!

Well i say server room, I have a stack of about 7 or 8 pcs and linux boxes there. It is the only place to put them. They are useful as furniture mainly!
