hi,
another n00b question! i have a gt aggressor 2.0. i bought it 2nd hand. i think it's pre 2000. the front mount is IS (rock shox tora) but i don't think the rear is either IS nor hayes mount. i have a pic here:

is there an adapter i can get from somewhere so i can fit IS disc brakes to the rear?
what do people think of the mavic cross ride disc wheels?
thanks!
jules.

If that is even supposed to be a disc mount, it looks like a pre IS version. can you measure the spacing of it? would help work out what mount it is.

Something round here tastes bad. Could be plain old bad taste.

that is not a disc mount or anything to do with discs. have a look at an A2Z adaptor for frames with no mounts.

Those are rack mounting holes.
Get an A2Z Adaptor for it.

A27 mounts work got one on my singelspeed but are a pain in the .....means a quick release wheel becomes a very slow release wheel and can take a bit of time to get the bolts at the right tension to give a smooth clearance for the rotor. But if you need a disc on the rear your only option (apart from brake therapy rofl)0
