directions to 'follow the dog' cannock chase

Hi guys, can anyone tell me the best way to get to the start of the 'follow the dog' trail in cannock chase ?

we will be travelling from Solihull M42.

im from stafford and ride up to FTD and ride it quite a lot, could i also recomend stile cop downhill course its not too far from FTD and is great for beginers and experienced riders, well worth a visit, you can pick up to get there form swinnerton cycles.
