When you buy on the internet its either gues work or past experience. You should try to go to a shop and try them on.

I had the same problem with my 661 pads. Brought a small in the knee pads and they were perfect fit, ordered the same size in the elbow guards and they were way to small. Stif do other a good exchange service for if you do order the wrong size etc

They come in 'medium or smaller' or 'large or bigger'. To me that's not hard to decide.
