New bike opinion!

I am fairly new to moutain biking, and looking to buy a new bike and would like to here your opinions on the scott 07 Reflex 30 Bike, which is within my budget and looks appealing to me, i ride the trails at llandegla and and like general mountain biking up and down hills on and off road is this a good bike for my style, your opinions would be great [:D]

I squeek when i walk so im bugdeting at œ500 at the moment but i do fancy the specialized rockhopper aswell which i havent heard a bad word about but that stretches my budget a bit, il sleep on it i think!0

Ive got a spesh rockhopper disc and its the dogs, defo reccomend it0
