All bolts holding stuff onto handlebars, bottle cage and as you said the rear mech bolt.

I've used an alloy bolt in the past on the band clamp for the front mech, but it snapped. Similarly I've used alloy pinch bolts on mechs and they just end up with stripped thread.

There is a very useful article on the weight weenies website about bolts.
