When you are downloading something, you can like, view the other peers and it gives you the option to "add" a peer, by inputting their IP address.

Say i put one of the peers from the list, in the IP form, what does it actually do?

    I do infact have a spare Demonoid Account - *edited to stop spam* and I will give you one. Not sure about the "Add a peer" though.
