If you don't already do so, try squash a couple of times a week in addition to your training regimes.
Really will test your fitness.

I do tennis 2-4times a week, mainly what keeps me fit.

As an avid tennis fan I can say its far more physical and strenuous than tennis.

Squash is fairly strenuous, but only if you're having a good game - if you're playing someone who knows your weaknesses and/or you know theirs, the rallies won't be very long. But if you're both fairly good and don't make too many mistakes then it is fairly strenuous. I would say it's better than tennis because it doesn't require it not to be raining / windy!

Unless you have indoor tennis courts, which i do [:D] Never played squash, but i've only played tennis maybe 2 years proberly and i feel alot fitter for it. And my arms are bulking up a little.

Hmm, so I need to play squash in <i>addition</i> to riding 20+ miles per day, weight training 4 times a week, 4 X 6+ mile walks per week and now some light jogging a few times a week on the newly installed treadmill?
