I need some tyres for street use and dirt tracks and cross coutry but i dont ones too exspensive and i want one that can do both not just one any 1 got any idea's[:D]<i></i><b></b>

you want something a bit "all mountain"
Michellin All-mountains... or from personal experience i'd advice some Maxxis High-rollers as there pretty good for almost everything.. there amazingly fast on street even (and they make them in every size and compound for whatever kinda riding, so depending on how agressive you wan to ride etc)

Anything thats good off road is genrally slow on the roads, and vice versa. The best mix i've found is DMN Motos, there a dirt jump tyre but still quick on the roads and very quick on hardpack XC and dry roots/rocks. Once a bit of mud gets in your way there useless.
