I have recently bought some Dart 2 forks for my GT Out Post which ive had for about 6 or 7 years, and needed a new headset as the original one was threaded, i am having trouble finding one to fit they all seem to be to big, does any one know of one that will fit or any other suggestions? Your help would be gratefully appreciated [:D]

Correct me if im wrong but i would have thought the outpost has a 1 inch steerer tube. So the darts won't fit.

They fit through the headset tube, ive had them in with the bearings still in the cups but obviously i couldnt fit the top cap beacuse its threaded, they will fit i just need to know what size headset will fit in the headset tube, because i bought a 1 1/8 and it was to big, all the 1" ones ive seen seem to be threaded.0

a 1 1/8th headset of a similar designe to the current one but for a A-headset design rather than a threaded design.
presuming that the current fork is 1 1/8th and the head tube is for the same size. and not 1 1/4".
you have the tools to remove and fit the new heaset? fit the crown race? cut the steerer and fit the star nut?
if not take it to a bike shop and ask them to fit it.

it is if you have the kit. IF you dont it can be a right royal and a posible very expensive pain.
