Running 24's on a Kona Stuff

Ive seen on some konas that people are running 24's and i was wondering if it is anygood, because i am thinking of getting some in around a weeks time. The size of the frame i have at the moment is a 15.5inch frame, with 100mm forks. How would it ride with 24's.
I know this sounds a bit noobish but theres no other way to put it.

Not as good as it'll ride on 26". Saying that, Kona HTs do feel quite similar to my Norco, and that can be run on 24s.

It would ride like poo. They're not designed for 24s, and as such like crap with them on.

My mate has a scrap on 24's, same geo as the stuff. Same frame I think depending on the year. It's horrible, the BB is too low, back end too long. Just feels horrible.
