It came, then it was autumn, then crimbo, and now we're in spring again. not summer yet. (well, unless you count BST as a standard)

I like to think that what we had was just a taster: from June until mid September will be like that. That's probably just wishful thinking though.

Almost 3 months ago I was told "it's going to be like this (blue skys, blazing sunshine and all) for the next 3 months with the odd few days of cr<s></s>ap." I then was told separately "After that it's going to get better and hotter and expect another heat wave." I have not looked onto either as they both came from reliable sources (or as reliable as you can get for the weather for 6 months!) but so far the first one has been spot on!
