front brake changed to rear

all i need to move my front mechanical disc to the rear would be one of these Shimano Mount Adaptor Rear Post to IS 160mmand new brake cable?
or is there anything else, the current brake is post mount with a 160mm disc.

Yes, It should work, depends on teh brake though. I assume you're running 1 disc and a rear V brake at the moment?

it depends on what brake mount you have on your bike... is it post mount or IS? what bike? i think most use IS
