As long as they are the same diameter and same sweep area they will be fine. But imo floating rotors are poo. There expensive and they were created to solve a problem that didn't really exist.

They are a fair bit lighter than a normal rotor as well.

The pads are too big for the usable braking surface on the Hope rotors, So no.

Excuse me? Have you ever seen a trials rotor? They're only half the width of he pad. he physics being that a large piston on a large pad, with a narrow rotor, you get more pressure on the rotor for the pressure you put on the lever.

NORMAL rotors you tart. Besides aren't the stans alloy rotors the lightest?

When trying to make my M4s fit my 40s Hope told me the pads SHOULD NOT overhang the rotor, Especialy on a DH bike which is what I take it he means.

you'll regret floating rotors. Sure they look nice, and are a bit lighter, but the way they are rivited sucks, after a couple of months riding they were wobbling, creaking and making alarming noises regularly. the steel rivets had deformed the alloy spider to the point that the braking surface wobbled all over the place. not good.
