most people who've worked on bikes for a decade or more dont need a torque wrench.the last time i messed up was over 15yrs ago)
if you use a torque wrench from beginning youll always need one
or can it be taught?

Most bike shops don't use torque wrenches.
After a while you know how tight things have to be, whether it be nipping up through axle clamps on 20mm forks or fu<s></s>cking tight for crank bolts and everything else somewhere in between.

Allen key, handlebar extension, scafold pole over that, hang off the end, THEN, it's tight.

It can be taught apart from Travis Pinch bolts, beware of them.

It can't be taught, it's gotta be learnt.
