I need a new saddle and pedals.

Thinking these.

Anyone got any reasons why I shouldn't get either?

i've had a THE DH saddle for about a year and it's pretty good, lots of support (its slightly longer than a regular xc style saddle), hardwearing (numerous crashes and only the plastic under the nose has come off), and pretty comfortable.

i guess it depends on how much your CRC voucher is for, but wiggle do/did have the incas in stock, and at œ13.50 i think?

It is only a fiver so I can always use it another time.

I'm now thinking about getting the Sunline saddle I linked to originally and buying pedals separately, like 5050s. I understand that with 5050s I will need the different pins as the originals are crap?

It's not the pins that are the problem, it's the whole pedal design. just don't bother.

I'd get the THE saddle and the Wellgo V12s.

The pedals are a bit crap but the saddle is good. I had it on the hardtail for i can't remember how long. Comfy and hard wearing. For the pedals, at that price i recommend that you get the Gusset Incas. They have more grip and a bigger platform than the Wellgo's, therefor causing no foot pain because the platform is too small.

Yeah, get the Tiogas. They look pretty sexy and grippy,but these f'king sexy BEASTS are definitely worth a look at. Most of the bmx posse ride with them and they convinced me to get them. I wanted to get some for the hardtail but i'd just bought some 50/50s and i didn't want them to 'go to waste'.
