Fox DHX warrenty

Hi guys,

my DHX 5.0 Coil seriously died at Ae forest....shaft has completely come out of the shock and hence the shock is jamed but I need to find the warrentey that is provided for fox shocks? I bought it direct from MOJO last April. Any help appreciated.

You could phone Mojo and see if they have it on record. They will also help you out with warranty stuff.

If its the standard 1 year warranty your a bit screwed if it was last April, But with it only being a month extra they may help you out.

No lucky guys....I actually bought it in Feb 06 now I have found the reciept so I am screwed!

give mojo a call anyway a lot of companies will help you out if its only just out or warrenty may not repair it free but may do it at cost

mojo are bloody amazing!i bought a dhx air from lbs.2weeks later realised lbs had got 2" stroke instead of 2.25".emailed mojo and they changed it free of charge!i only had to pay for postage!

Its only 4 months out of warranty and its a pretty catastrophic failure, I'd expect them to sort it. If not, try Fox USA.

I have dropped them an email detailing the problem, and yeah Sir HC it is a complete failure of the shock. Fingers crossed for a reply swiftly so I can get some riding done before I go back.
