Headset reducers

Has anyone fitted headset reducers before into a frame which has a 1.5" headtube diameter ?
When fitting on of the headset reducers below, do you just use a normal headset press to put them in the frame ?
Also out of these I think the e-thirteen one looks the best bet since it's zero stanck and seem to have a longer sleeve on them but has anyone else used these before ?

I thought all that they did was reduce the headtube diam down to 1 1/8" but you live and learn
My mates just bought the Hope one and hes really impressed with it.

It also drops the front end down slightly which sorted his Geo problems with his 888s.

It sounds a better option than a headset reducer.
I didn't even know they did headsets like that, and it even looks like Hope have got rid of those annoying O rings judging by the pic.
