Hi all, i am new to this forum and just got myself a bike again after a few years. i have picked up a late 90's GT outpost (21" frame) and was looking to change the rigid forks for suspension ones. What kind of thing should i look for? There are loads going cheap on ebay from a bankrupt type place, will they be any good or just trash?

what sort of riding do you do? budget?

If you are on a tight budget, i would recommend Rock Shox Judy's, Darts or Marzocchi MZ Comps....

not sure what size steerer. i will ask the shop where it's at getting a couple of new cables etc.

I am not on a massive budget due to just buying a house. And i am just gonna be using it going to work mainly (about 5 miles). And sometimes going and doing a bit of off roading in the woods etc with mates.
