hello, i have a friend who is racing on the 16th/17th or june at fort bill, an obviously demanding course. they have not ridden a bike in 3/4 weeks, maybe more and intend to start practicing for this race on the 10th of june, 5ish days before the race. which begs the question, is this enough time to seriously compete in this race or any downhill race for that matter? opinions appreciated..
