How's about a deal? You start typing properly and we'll tell you some songs?
<hr noshade size="1">I'd rather not.<hr noshade size="1"><font color="purple"><center><i><b><font size="2"><font face="Times New Roman"> "Boggis and Bunce and Bean. One fat, one short, one lean. Fast paced stuff tends to get me too pumped up and makes me go too fast, so some mellow stuff with a solid beat is best for flowing the trails.
Check out Delinquent Habits, maybe some Blackaliscious.
Jesse cook is a great flamenco guitarist with some good beats, if you've seen Corey Martinez' section on the federal bmx dvd you'll recognise the song "Mario Takes a Walk"
Kultiration is a great reggae band from Finland - a good summery sound for lounging about in the sun at the trails.
Modest Mouse and The Notwist are all pretty good chilled out stuff.
The Knife are pretty good.
St. Germain are an awesome band, but only a few songs are all that good for up the trails - Check out So Flute, Land of and Pont Des Arts.
Thats all I can be bothered to type now, good luck.

God you all have fumble in the jungle music taste. I just stick the ipod on shuffle usually, but I've got a playlist with some old Daft Punk on it, A few dance anthems (My my my, armend van helden, better off alone etc etc.) some hip-hop on it, my favourite ones from Hilltop hoods, sweatshop union, swollen members, Jurassic 5. Then some indie stuff, jack penate, the maccabees, tapes 'n' tapes...
Then some prodigy dotted in and around. Very occasionally I'll listen to a few avenged sevenfold songs, but that's only to, 'psyche myself up', so to speak.
