Deore hydraulic discs

I got a deore hydraulic disc on the front about two weeks ago and it is still a load of rubbish. The guys at the shop say it needs to bed in more and blaa blaa rubbish etc. but i ride a lot and this is getting stupid cause I cant stop. Any tips for getting them going?
