you dont need it to be tight on single speed with a fat bmx chain it doesnt go any were and when it pulls the tops tight so it doesnt really matter

its not that great a spec, definitly not mint condition, it looks like youve stuck some stickers on it. oh and its missing little things like chain tuggs and bar plugs. doddy is a turtle is only trying to help you sell it
