if ya have v brakes it might work, my old bike had a buckled back wheel and if you tryed to lock it up it would have power then relese over and over again, bloody stupid to do it to your wheel but i didnt buckle it on purpose it just occured, anyways, i loved it with the better control it gave me on sand and gravel but i wouldnt advise it on dh courses and other stuff like that.

Am i going to be shouted at for this stupid post?

parryman, abs dose not requier an ecu, the new ones on cars use them but 10 years ago they didnt.

It would work because you'd be able to turn safely for DH or something, like if you were just about to smack into a tree or something, when you grab the brake lever really hard in a panic, you'd be able to steer around the tree rather than the wheel(s) locking up and having no control. Get it?
