Morning. So called snow storm turned up and give it an hr or so will be gone. So today will be wet wet wet. Looks like a session on the rollers. Won't be giving young oxo a driving lesson on snow. Taught eldest a few yrs ago just not had snow to tech youngest. 😟. Suspect I'll be doing the OH,s bidding today 🙄, bugger. Have a nice day folks.

Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Started snowing/sleeting gently last night and has pretty much been rained away already, but it looks grim outside. Just as well the snow has gone, otherwise juniors trip back to uni later would be a bit tricky.

Last day of the hols, and not got much planned. Might wash the Boardman later if the rain eases off.

  • Couple of inches of snow here, nothing spectacular. Otherwise low clouds and gloomy.

    Indoor stuff today I think.

used the snow perfectly to get away early from a family dinner, turned up in the asbo car and got grief for not using the wife’s car or the van as they both have all season tyres on - but got to the local earlier than expected.

    S'morning.

Snow, shnee, smeh! Most of it went last night when the heavy rain came in. Just left with a miserable, grey, soggy, cold day. No snow evident even on the distant hills.

Breakfast had whilst watching two attractive presenters talking about their wild beavers. F'nar F'nar.

Return to bed for extra snooze. Wife off for club run. Son still on original snooze.

Tree and decs down later. Sob sob.

    Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

    Wotcha!

No snow here. Cool and damp and grey. Great innit?

Beans is on the mend. I told him that he should have heeded SG's advice about bad mice.

Xmas decorations are going away today, so we get our house back a little.

Mild attack of lurgy slowed things up a little. Was hopeful of a lazy day with some sympathy, but Mr WS decided the outdoor furniture needed cleaning. So, an hour or so on the jet washer, then sanding, then furniture oil. There goes the day.

Brief thunderstorm this afternoon to liven things up a little.

    Morning

Very slow start this morning as we didn’t get home from the pub till about 2:00 am. I don’t think then having a nightcap was a great idea. I think watching the cycling might be most active I get today.

  • Snow turned to rain, just damp and grey now

    Afternoon folks,

Warm and wet with added grey here. Just popped into town for a couple of things, got far too hot even with a light rain jacket on. Need to get things ready for tomorrow, early start heading to the wilds of west Oxfordshire. The alarm will be a shock to the system.

Walked the dog in the snow, put the fire on. Accounting.

Had to rescue one of the grandkids from sledging in the truck with a cruckled ankle, I suspect he was just cold and didn't want to walk home.
