    Morning all.

Dull, grey and very dark still.

Shoot sleep. Again. Awake at 2.15am till 5. Listening to podcasts in the hope the Wave of Sleep came to give me a ride. It was a Dead Calm.

Shattered now. Might become nocturnal for a while

Wonder what today's blood glucose lottery will throw this way?

    Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

  • Breezy and brightish. Chill morning, coffee and maybe build a raised bed.

Morning, late finish as had to get junior back from the train station after a night out in town. So a well deserved lie in was had. Off to Kwik Fit shortly as juniors car has a nail in one of the tyres, then will take the hounds out and get a haircut. Possibly football later on.

    Morning(ish)

    Like Vinceannsummersrockshox; 'brightish'.

Superb jolly in the Porker yesterday. Bumped into the old gent who has an e60 he's had for 17 years with 194k on the clock again. Showed him a picture of my most recent acquisition. Then got talking. Had coffee and cake. Brilliant. Total stranger really. Hardly a 'neighbour' as he's 63 miles away in one direction and 68 in the other. I think his wife was bored with car talk.

CX later. Good to see WvA back on his bike.

Scared to ask but what is your most recent acquisition?

repeat Christmas roast with all the trimming should keep me occupied. Family darts tournament later, ยฃ10 for the winner ๐Ÿ† ยฃ7.50 runner up etc, playing left handed but donโ€™t have a choice as my right shoulder still buggered.

No. Though I might make a giant RC Lego contraption to bash you around the head.

Where's the 'kin sunshine forecast by Met Office? Gone drizzly and blowey, means the rehab walk / limp is getting delayed. Erse.

That's immaterial. It's the symbolism that it will represent. After all, the proletariat no longer believe in the virtues of god and in that void, the machine will represent good. One sight of it and you'll have nightmares. This will inevitably correct the errors of your ways or you will simply continue to have restless nights until you relent.

Raced yesterday. Not on the start list today. Early days after injury. I guess he suffered a bit yesterday and elected not to race today. 4th is very respectable.

  • Shite up 'ere. Just dismal and dull. Probably hit the gym tomorrow for a change.

On the plus side I just have an infection under my wisdom tooth, apparently it's a thing that them there youngsters get. Make of that what you will.

Anyway, the good doctor/dentist has prescribed the special version of antibiotics which like alocohol so NYE is saved. Huzzah!

Off to the pics with wifey now. Have a good evening gents (and those other wierdo's)

Back from Hozzi to get chemo pump removed. Weirdly quiet on a Sunday. A bit annoying as they changed Chemo days to Friday so pump needs offing on Sundays now. Could only manage the walk one way today as totally shattered. Wifey picked me up which was nice.

    Cuppa tea. Snooze then cooking.

    Afternoon

Couldnโ€™t be bothered to get early to go on club ride. So went out later on my own, seemed very hard for some reason. I donโ€™t think itโ€™s anything do with just having spent a week doing nothing but sitting, eating and drinking.
