You might be fine but both times I have physio / massage and then ended with surgery. Apparently mens shoulders are not really designed to cope with what men do, which is surprising given once we were once swinging about in the trees.

That reminds me, I need to try get my 10mins hanging from a bar in to try and open up the shoulder.
had some shoulder pain after playing badminton for several days in a row, which improved slightly but which I messed up by over doing pull ups. Now can’t do any push or pull movements. Doing tons of rehab exercises with mixed results.

I disagree - he was very balanced: chip on both shoulders. Good riddance to the now (was) toothless ex mod who lied about his credentials in order to become a mod in the first place.

Also turns out that he was bullied as a kid (can't think why...) which probably explains a fair bit of his behaviour. Thought his final swipe at me was quite amusing.

Not sure its a good idea to do too much with your dodgy shoulder if you do have a rotator cuff tear. Get it looked at as soon as you can. Got mine checked out with an MRI, fixed with keyhole surgery and its un-noticeable now.
