    Morning folks,

New job day ๐Ÿ˜ฑ Rather dark when I left the house, but I think it was gloomy. Now in Witney, I'd better go and do something...

    Morning

    Dark. Windy. Meh.

    Today: stuff and chores.

1st day of V68's new job - out of the frying pan and... ? (with no wobbling).

    First: coffee.

    Laters

    Good Morning!

Best wishes in new job V68! Hope you slide in seamlessly.

Breezy, mild and dampish here. Just off for my hour walk to score more drugs from the hospital! I'm beginning to feel like a mule.

Good luck V. That's a bit of a commute - how many days a week do you need to be in?

Up early and in the office but at least no ice to scrape off the windscreen and only a moderate amount of stupidity to deal with. At least it's not a new job, just SSDD.

    Morning

Wet, windy and Mrs W is ironing and watching Christmas films. So I will go out in the rain and bring the delivery of logs in which is the lesser of two evils.

Morning all. WFW as is usual, muppet who thinks he's in charge is off today so loads actually getting done. Great when you can get on with work without stupid questions and interventions. Hope all goes well V68. Need to get back on the bike properly and get fit for nฬˆext March onwards.

Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Back after my saunter to the Hossi and back. My God my fitness has dropped dramactically! I found that hard going! Only a few mins off usual time but it was really hard work. Wasn't sure if I would make it back.

Blood sugars doing weird shit again. Decided to have no insulin at all this morning. Had usual bowl of porridge and bloods went to 12 (Instead of 18 yesterday WITH insulin) and now after hour walk then dropped to 4.3 so had to have 2 biscuits. Ho hum....

Telephone Onc appointment soon too. Lets see what he tells me this time.

Oooh! Higher steroid for 6 days then reduce by tablet per day.... Lets play Blood Glucose Bingo!

Scans mid Dec. Follow up early Jan after next two Chemo's. Panitumumab reduced slightly to control rash. Oh joys!

Hope V68 is enjoying his lunch with his new work pals... Rounds are on him I hear?

  • WFW this afternoon, gym earlier and possibly a run later whilst one of the kids is at football.

51 year old mate died suddenly at the weekend. Enjoy each day and donโ€™t worry about little things/things out of your control. Life is short.
