I've got no specific involvement. Mrs W&G and I have been fans for years. As a Christmas present years ago, she bought me a novelty W&G cycling jersey, and with some friends, we jokingly formed the "West Wallaby Wheelers", as all true disciples know that W&G live at 62 West Wallaby Street. By coincidence, I joined BR during this slightly daft phase, and W&G sprang to mind as a user ID.
I've used W&G as a user ID on other forums, re-registering where necessary following bans for subversive behaviour as Feathers McGraw, just to make it obvious as to who I was!

I apologise for my lack of knowledge here, but the scene where they are on the train, and Gromit is laying down the track in front of the train always has me in tears, absolutely love it.

Watched it at Christmas, every bit as good as the ones that have gone before, universally loved I do believe.
No surprise it is up for an Oscar really, so intelligently done, and with such sophisticated humour for those paying attention.

Just watched it for the third time followed by The Wrong Trousers. Maybe the some of the jokes won’t travel but there’s so many things that are so obvious you would have to be Dementia Donald to miss them.
