Another seminar at an advisors this morning, although the catering situation is unclear so I'm taking a bit of a punt. At least the subject matter is relevant.

Then a spot of work this afternoon.

Morning all. Currently off work due to a dose of man or bat flu, not sure which. Today will be spent watching tv, sleeping and not worrying about anything. PS sounds moist outside and cba to look.

Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Are these wood these here model ships?

If you take a decent cocktail of the what you have, can you shrink and hop on board?

Soggy. Grey. Meh. Although it's quite light so I might just say sod it and chuck on the Funkier...

Exceptionally wet on this mornings walk.

home after a couple of days in the office, house to myself so working in the kitchen to enjoy being warm for once.

later is undecided, turbo has turned up but my mechanic hasn’t finished sorting the turbo bike 🙄 - will probably wait to use that one on it

You need a 'mechanic' to sort out your Turbo?!

Yeah, it's a Spanish Galleon model that my dad made in his early teens shortly after he blew all the fingers off his left hand making rockets. It dates back to about 1929-ish and is in a very sorry state having been in a box in the loft for 25 years. I've done a lot of repairs to the Hull and deck. Now working on sails and rigging. The remnants of the sails are more fragile than butterfly wings.

These are photos of it before any work started. It was a right mess.

    Interesting.

Are you going to recreate the sails with a fine cotton stitch? Turps is good for ageing white cotton sheets.

Bit dull but mild wobble in the murk. Much Apple pie and ice cream with coffee was consumed in the latter part of this wobble. Many silly drivers today. 1 tw@t tried to get past me on a single lane going downhill when I never dipped much below 30mph. I was quicker than him round the tighter bends in his evem duller then the weather bronzy coloured Rav 4 so wtf was that all about? I'll let his f*****g tyres down at some point way into the future and he won't know who or why. Revenge is a dish best...
