Why do I have "No Permission" to access my Notifcations?

@Joah sent me a message on Notifications. I replied but the message would not send. The website wouldn't say why, it just wouldn't send. Instead of repeatedly pressing "send" which has generated multiple messages to (and from) people, I waited. Nothing. So I saved the message and logged out.

A few hours later I logged in again and tried to access the same message, with the intention of pasting in what I had saved. The website would not allow me to access them. I got "You do not have permission for this activity" (or something like that).

I have been a member on here since the MBR Forum closed.
