    Morning

Just waiting for the shopping to be delivered. Might do very little today as repaired shoulder is still a bit stiff and sore.

    Wotcha!

Big wood delivery today. We thought we could make use of the 2 extra pairs of hands before school starts tomorrow. Strathclyde went back last week!

It's not raining and we have a bit of sun - honest.

In work awaiting the chaos of an inpending holiday. MrsHD is stressing as usual due to HMRC being thick and disconnecting all her software connections.

Was going to swim at lunch but will no doubt bail in favour of organising some of the above.

    Good Moaning Folks,

A day working in the cave, broken up by lunch with one of the brothers in law and his OH who are dropping in. At least they're not too boring and it means that Mrs. 666 is cooking a decent lunch.

    Afternoon folks,

Another day of delightful orifice based shenanigans, pleasant enough wobble in this morning at least. Certainly warmer than yesterday. Out for a beer and curry tonight, then a supplier visit in the Midlands tomorrow. That could be a bad combination for anyone else in the meeting.

Was in a pub on Wimbledon Common last night, didn't see any B³s. I should probably give him a shout and see what he's up to.

Is nae rainin'!! For now at least. Still breezy. Outside fettling, rampant hedge growth trim back etc. Tote bags filling, tip slot booked.

I'm down on the street with my weedsprayer, in the non public non turning area. This old dear rolls up in her car, she had a vacc appt at the cottage hospital down the street it turned out, though it turned out she could not turn her car about. Tries to turn where neighbour's cars are parked, tight space, not going to succeed, reverses into my wall twice, low speed. I walk over to give her directions for a easy trad 3-point turn. She says she can't do it, could I do it for her! At least she didn't hit the parked cars. There is a time when people should admit they should no longer be driving.

It does seem like he's been AWOL for a while. Let us know if you find him.

That pot plant with the sign is not a sufficient deterrent obviously.

Not my King, correction, sign 😉 Put up by the v chatty one daughter of old farmer Alec (going to his funeral service tomorrow, respect to him), both daughters were staying with him these past few weeks, end of days. Meanwhile 'young' farmer Alec neighbour, turned 85 this year, is still v active, doing lots of stuff around their house and garden. Farming must be good for one healthwise? 🤔

Anyways. Who knows what the street may become in the next gen? Other neighbour of the quadrant Yorkshire Maggie gets pissed off with people parking outside her house, normally as they're not using the hospital car park. Bus lane rising bollards getting installed? Who indeed knows. Tbc.

I'm already pretty miffed with the way they treat us, if they don't buy me lunch I'll be mightily hacked off. Will try to come see you another time.

Metaphorically speaking, he's been stuck up the mountain for as long as time immemorial.
