Busy day whilst trying to shirk from home, far too much work to be done. One rather long meeting got in the way, but I believe some good may have come out of it.

Off to the pub with the EPO shortly. Yesterday was the only night this week I didn't go to a pub. Fortunately the lad came round last night so I had a good excuse for a beer at home to maintain blood levels in my alcohol. He's heading northwards now, a weekend near Hexham for him and his mates. Poor lad.

What you need is a comfy bog seat in a small toilet with a pillow for your head. Soothing cream of some kind comes in handy as well.
