Bike shop bike setup checklist

Hi all,
I'm hopefully soon to get my first bike in a long time. I just wanted to check what I should make sure is done / ask the shop to do to set it up.
Here are some things that come to mind - are they fair to expect? Am I missing anything?
- Tubeless tire set up (inc. sealant)
- Make sure brakes are bled
- Suspension sag (yes I know I'd need to tune this myself but to get them to set up the basic 20%/30%)
- Anything else?

I assume this is a new bike purchased from the shop? They will have a full checklist called a PDI (pre delivery inspection). This should come with the bike once you collect it so you can confirm they have done all the necessary set up. Everything you have listed should all be included as standard, although may be best to confirm you want to run tubeless.
