Morning Everyone. Warm and dry here, currently lazing about prior to local 10k race. Arranged ride out later with my fat lazy e-biking brother, hopefully he falls off. Enjoy your last day of the wkend folks.

Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Lazy day ahead with not a lot planned. May walk hounds in a buit and watch some Olympics. And rest before the fun biking tomorrow.

Another wasted day at the hospital visiting the MIL, least we stayed over last night and had a really nice meal out.

hopefully not a long visit today so I can get a run in, knee exercises at the gym and sauna (heat acclimation for Scotland πŸ˜‚) and then the pub

    Afternoon.

Early start for once as I was meeting an old mate who lives out here. So rode a bit then met said mate for a coffee, then pedalled up hill a bit and then down hill. Not to hot for once only in the 80’s.

Cloudy and a bit breezy, but it didn't rain, 110km ride with a couple of guys from the club, fast for me, drafting most of the way πŸ˜†. 12 PRs though and a nice cafe soup and cake.

Also had to carefully cycle past a loose bull, unusual on a road rideπŸ‚πŸƒ!

Been to the gym to blue out some cobwebs, dinner at parents later.
