    Morning all. Ride completed now for 10k run / race. Chill out with the family later is planned as is a drink tonight. Looking good weather wise, I can only assume enough pineapple has been offered to the weather gods.

    Morning from the Alps.

    Its a bit scorchio, managed to forget my sunglasses so I guess it might to time to add to the collection. Not sure what day holds, grandson is still a sleep so no pressure for action yet.

    Morning from a lack of volcanoes or mountains. Currently in the ice bath, then hot tub then off to the berwyns for a run with some pals (will be really steady - so perfect taper)

    then go and probably the pub

    No volcanoes here either but a few Kent hills will have to do after lunch. A nice 24C and sunny so good riding weather and now rested after Fridays fun bike session. Coffee first though.

    Slow start after yesterday's wedding, go out and pick up the car from the venue later, quiet day I think.

    Afternoon folks, traditional slow start was enjoyed. Should probably make some coffee now. A few odd jobs to be done, might go for a cold drink outside as it's rather sunny and little chance of volcanic activity.
