    Sounds a great day SG

run in a bit, should be a long one but legs are so broken currently 🤬 thankfully I’m not doing a really long race in a few weeks 🙄

then the current wife and I are going to cycle into Padstow for lunch and a few drinks.

then back here with the rugrats for swimming / paddle board and more food and ale

  • Early (for a Sunday) breakfast, then off to Weegieland to sort out daughter no 1 ' s hall flooring....

Good morning my gorgeous sacks of sunshine. Optimistic plan was trip to the beach but as sungod has messed up the weather (currently raining) I’ll be finding ways to avoid wifey as she seems to be in a mood for reasons unknown.

Patti Smith... she must be on her late 90's. Plenty extra vibrato then.

    Not raining. Beans is snoring.

    More coffee methinks...

Morning everyone this fine bright sunny morning. Early doors run completed, of shortly to local steam fair for something different to do. Must have decent coffee before we leave though.

Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Slept ery well after yesterday's ride - legs can still feel the after effects. Will head out with the hounds once coffee has been supped and its not quite so grey outside. Then got to cut up some wood and packaging and take it down to the tip. How exciting...

That's my speed education course booked.

7:45am !!! Ffs. Must practice nodding my head.

I could ask TLW to go on a jolly just to see exactly where the signage was.

Have a flick through the Highway Code before, they’ll ask you a few questions about signs, different types of road etc in front of the group. Enjoy 😃

    Afternoon

Slow start today after yesterdays Gastro train trip to Llandudno junction and Conway castle which we didn’t see much of due the torrential rain. Found a nice pub instead. Rehab weights done now building up to bike ride although I think a nap might be more in order.

Chores chores chores chores chores. Then errands.

Also back on turbo for the first ride in over a month. Yikes that was not fun. Work to do, slowly.

Back to a week on duty as taxi driver.

They had about 20 of us in a room when i did mine. Profitable enough for them to book a small suite in a London hotel.

sounds like what i picked up a couple of weeks ago, 2-3 days feeling grim, then sloooooow to clear, just about gone now

decided on a spontaneous picnic with ladies, in one of þe garden squares of olde london town, four bottles of bubbly so far between three of us, currently pausing for a shower and change before we head to patti's, rooftop bubbly afterwards

@pinno patti smith is in her 70s, still with more than enough attitude to delight, plus she likes cats, beans would be welcome
