Weather is returning to Cornwall weather today, so better hurry and start my longish run - assume I will have to do the first bit with the hounds as everyone is flat out.

think we will do some shopping and a meal out

Morning all. Bit cooler after yesterday's scorcher. Running in a bit after some stretching. Young Oxo off to his part time job to hand his notice in as he has managed to secure a proper job with local builder after a trial period with them. Probably spend the rest of the day keeping the OH sweet.

Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Bit grey and misty here, but that means no need for sun block on this afternoons ride. Will walk the hounds this morning and tire them out as they missed out yesterday due to the heat.

Yep, it's all a bit US Postal and that bloke. Not that I am suggesting the partaking of substances, more the boring domination.

He wrecked a few classics, he wrecked the beloved Giro and the he is probably going to wreck the Olympic RR and the worlds. A decent crash would do the sport good.

imo tdf has been in decline ever since sky/gb's success riding with science rather than feel

the genii is out of the bottle for training, but the uci could still ban all in-race telemetry, head units etc., perhaps radio too

raw talent will still be able to triumph, but experience/cunning/luck will count for more than i think they have for the last few years

A rough night of ill-sleeping and a wake up with a right dose of the snots etc. Now dosed up with meds appropriate, and a do nowt day beckons. FFS is this winter time? Guess watch the breakaway stage of le tour.

Yep, ban race radio and all the tech. The UCI are going to run a couple of races this year without race radio as an experiment.
