Slept well after opting for a bike ride instead of Watching Wimbledon yesterday afternoon . Its a bit quiet on the way in this morning, wonder why. Got a few meetings in the diary but hopefully things starting to quieten down a bit with the summer hols.

Really rubbish sleep, a combo of a late coffee yesterday, lotsa nerves and an early start in shite weather today. Up well before sunrise to get organised and into town early.

First chemo treatment for Mr WS today. So far, all ok. Dunno yet when radiation therapy starts, probably next week.

    Meh. Monday blues.

That feeling after Engerland lost coupled with continued Pogacar domination of an event. Eurosport not splitting news up so it's not really spoiler free anymore.

As they say in scouseland: werk to do.

    Good luck WS's OH.

    Morning.

Luckily missed all of the football. Unluckily it was because spent 7 hours in A&E with the lad. He was having massive heart palpitations and chest pains. Only 20. 2 ECG's and some chest X-rays later and a talk to a consultant cardiologist and the cause was identified fortunately some simple treatment has rectified it.

Quiet morning in office in prelude to a manic week.

    Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

Morning all. Chilly ride into usual shenanigans at work. Hopefully pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat as usual. Suspect ride home will be a tad moist. Good luck WS,s OH. Hope they sort your lad out properly Mr Photonic 69. Scousers and work don't go together.

Got to work and made an executive decision to finish the rest of the working day from home as someone not too far away mixed her drinks last night...

    Afternoon folks,

Why are weekends so short? Another funday in the orifice, deep joy. Not a bad wobble in, looks like I'll be getting wet on the way home though.

Hope Mr WS responds well to the chemo WS and good luck with the lad PN69, that must have been a fright for you.

Got out for a ride finally. Managed a steady 40 miles legs felt great although the rest of my body not so. However by the time I got out of the shower everything was feeling reasonably ok. I hope it the same in the morning.
