Dull but no rain here. It's our Silver Wedding anniversary today (yikes - time flies) so I guess a last minute trip to the petrol station for some manky flowers and a Box of Milk Tray is in order* 😀
Better get some work done in the meantime.
* Only kidding

Back in work to give my internal organs a rest. One less idiot to deal with but need a new one who isn't as idiotic.
I really should be at the gym after work but the way I feel at the moment the heaviest thing I want to lift is the bed covers over my head.

Afternoon
Nice and dry here but with a very threatening looking sky. Done some stretching and walked a few miles, now watching the tour. Just hope I don’t bob off before the main action starts.

Evening folks,
Another busy day in the orifice, managed to wobble in at least. First time on the bike in 3 weeks so that felt harder than it should have done. Manged to go for a ride round the park with the group on old steel roadies afterwards, then joined them for a couple of pints. An older Irish chap pulled up on a rather flash carbon bike, a very pretty young lady was with him so I didn't pay him much heed. Turned out it was Sean Kelly, he posed for a picture with us but insisted we all put our pints down first saying we are supposed to be athletes 😂
