Ferkin MIL still hasn’t had her hip operation, so another day of hanging around the hospital 🙄

bright side - had an absolute giggle watching the football with a pal last night in a punk pub (live bands playing during the game)

Got back from a rather soggy South London BBQ after the England game last night, but in time to see part of the other game. Weather looks thundery so will take my chances riding into work tomorrow rather than get an extended drenching today. So jobs it is this afternoon; lounging and coffee for now.

Morning. Run is ran. Currently eating healthy breakfast for some reason whilst preparing pig based one for others. Out at local show later hopefully without the rain showers. Out on bike later after doing quick service and tyre change on it. Maybe pub with OH later as well.

Afternoon

Early start was had over here. Round to Mrs W parents house to try and clear her dads stuff out of the garage, why would anybody want 4 or 5 pressure washer hose’s. Car load taken to the tip, the rest of the stuff will need a van to shift it. Fortunately she can borrow one from work. Now try to motivate myself to go on the turbo.
