    Mmmmm strained muscle has meant staying in the hotel rather than having a run, very frustrating

    time for hotel pig based breakfast and then enjoy driving back home 😎 football and pub later

    Keeping an eye on junior hound who seems to have hurt his paw but can't see anything obvious that's causing it. Riding this afternoon once the gloom and occasional showers have lifted and hopefully will help me avoid watching at least part of the England game, which I don't think I would enjoy.

    Evening folks, mentally drained after the last 40mins of the England game, physically drained from a short turbo race during first half. Right now a gentle ride outside feels like mission impossible.

    I forgot I hadn’t posted earlier but I’ve had bugger all to post. I did a turbo session early on, while Mrs W finished off hedge trimming. Myself and Mrs W dipped out of going to watch the footie at village hall as we couldn’t face another drama. Did watch the bike race which was fairly entertaining for the bit I watched.

    Made it out of Glasto to Tewkesbury, back to phone etc. connections. Shifts not bad , some good performances. Most amazing festival experience was Heilung, not sure what to call it but it wouldn't have looked or sounded out of place in Dune.
